"You Can Trust Your Pets To Us" Contact: Dawn West on 07931-554082 Pol's PantryAfter many years of cooking for family & friends I decided, in April 2008, to put my skills (and large collection of cookery books!) to good use and start my own cottage industry, Pol's Pantry was born, named after my Barn Owl who's picture adorns my logo. I began with well loved traditional cakes & slices adding to the range at customer's request and suggestion's. With a long time diabetic in the family I began baking cakes with recipes from the Diabetes UK cookbooks, and following the success of these, and seeing that there was a market for other dietary needs I ventured into Gluten & Wheat Free baking too. I also produce a small range of home made and in many cases, home grown pickles and preserves. You will find me every Thursday & Saturday on Brigg's Traditional Market and several local village shows during the summer. However, if you can't wait for a taste of my cakes, then you can always sample them from Barnetby Stores or enjoy a slice with a cup of coffee at Colemans on Queen Street. Finally always remember, if it wasn't made in my kitchen, you won't find it on my stall! Karen
